Are you looking for a psychotherapist in Richmond, Virginia for in person sessions? Our main office is centrally located in the city of Richmond on Forest Hill Avenue, south of the James, between the Huguenot and Powhite bridges, close to North Chesterfield and Bon Air, and just minutes from Carytown, the Fan and Henrico County. We welcome University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) students and faculty to our office, as well.

We also have a small office for in person sessions in Williamsburg. In addition to Williamsburg, York and James City County residents, we are particularly popular with students from the College of William and Mary.

We are here to remove barriers to you being able to access counseling. You might be a couple who lives or works in two separate cities. Maybe you’re a college student who has left Richmond or Williamsburg to a school elsewhere in Virginia or South Carolina. Life circumstances, chronic pain or illness, surgeries, a new baby or any other reasons for being inbound should not keep you from being able to get your mental health needs met with a skilled and compassionate trauma therapist.
