4-Week Somatics and Yoga series with Erin Lingo
Join Erin on the mat for an exploration of Self through mindful movement, connecting somatic practices of grounding and releasing with more familiar yoga poses, self-reflection, and community building. This four-part trauma-informed series helps build self-awareness of the ways we habitually and unconsciously move through the world, and find opportunities for creating new patterns of self-expression within the safety of built community. Each week we’ll explore a different theme through guided and intuitive movement, self-reflective journaling, and optional sharing.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat, a water bottle, and a journal.
