“In Body” is a 4-week beginner-friendly yoga program designed to deepen the connection between movement, breath, and energy flow. By integrating anatomical insights, intuitive movement, and breath work, participants will build a strong foundation in mind-body awareness and self-guided practice.

Beginners who want to explore the relationship between breath, anatomy, and energy. Anyone seeking an accessible, intuitive approach to yoga.
Facilitator: Alexandra Cook
Alexandra Cook (she/her) has been practicing yoga for 8+ years and has been teaching since 2021. While the roots of her practice and 200 HR teacher training are based in traditional Hatha yoga, Alexandra has completed over 100 continuing education hours in a variety of styles of practice including, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Katonah. She is motivated to share this ancient practice, to help others deepen their connections to themselves and the environment.
