Are you longing for a kinder connection to yourself and a community of others who are also wishing for a better life? This group will bring together both body-based and mindfulness skills that will support your emotional well being and teach you how to regulate your nervous system while being with the ups and downs of life.
We ask that you are currently in therapy for individual work to support your learning during this group. We are happy to offer individual services at our practice or support your individual work with another therapist. If you are new to HeartMind Resiliency, we will schedule you for an intake session with Ashley, our group leader, so that you can get to know each other before you join.
